Almost a decade ago I began considering these questions. When I began working with teenagers on the autism spectrum developing fitness programs to suit their individual needs, I did not immediately realize that it would become my lifelong passion to bring fitness, health, and optimal life strategies to the ASD community. As a fitness professional and consultant, I knew that exercise was a gateway towards greater abilities in life.
